About The Project
TAM Telematics is a complete control center for Telematics Operations for Toyota and Lexus to provides a comprehensive management and governance of interconnected data across telematics ecosystems. This includes vehicle, IoT device, SIM card, and subscription data. The Key intergration points enable seamless connectivity for all vehicle and device and contract data with TLS & LDMS, SIM card data with Telkomsel Jasper, IoT data with LDCM, support ticket data with Qontak, and customer subscription data with mToyota among many others. This holistic approach ensures efficient operations and improved telematics performance across all system.
